Free Shipping Across Peninsular Malaysia

For KL/Selangor/Negeri Sembilan:

• Buy RM150 and above free shipping
• RM100 - RM149 - RM12 shipping fee
• <RM99 - RM18 shipping fee

For other states:

• Buy RM250 and above free shipping
• RM120 - 249 - RM12 shipping fee
• <RM119 - RM18 shipping fee

 

Shipping Arrangements

We only ship within Peninsular Malaysia via cold chain logistic.

Orders will be shipped out from Mon-Fri within 3 working days unless stated otherwise in the product posting. No delivery on Sunday & Public Holiday.

Once the parcel is picked up by cold chain courier, you will receive a Whatsapp update from us. You will receive shipment the next day upon delivery (in case of outskirt areas, it will be subjected to delivery partner's schedule). Please do check with us if you have special shipping requirements.

 

Risk Free Delivery

In any case where shipment parcel is lost or food spoil* upon arrival, we will reship to you at no cost.

*Food spoil is defined as bloated food packaging. 

**Exception for Buyer's negligence, i.e. did not pick up from guardhouse or designated spot.
