What's the difference between your frozen meals and your ready-to-eat meals?
Both are fully cooked, real homestyle dishes — the difference is how we keep them fresh.Frozen meals are flash-frozen to lock in the original taste and texture, and stay frozen until you reheat.
Ready-to-eat meals are cooked and then heat-sterilised, so they're shelf-stable for up to 12 months with no fridge or freezer needed — perfect for the pantry, the office, or travel.
New to us? Room-temperature meals are the easiest place to start; go frozen if you want the widest menu and have freezer space.
Why is there a 3-pack minimum on frozen items?
Frozen orders need a minimum of 3 packs so the parcel keeps enough cold mass to stay frozen in transit — any fewer thaws too fast.
You can mix and match any frozen meals to reach 3.
Everything frozen ships cold-chain (foam box + ice packs); our room-temperature meals have a minimum of 5 packets or RM50 and ship at a lower rate.
Can I purchase both frozen and ready-to-eat in the same order?
Yes, you can. Both product types will be packed together and delivered via cold-chain delivery.
Our ready-to-eat products are safe to be delivered chilled. Once received, you may store the RTE food at room temperature as usual.
Please note that condensation from cold-chain delivery may cause the outer boxes of the ready-to-eat products to become slightly soft. This does not affect the product inside.
If you prefer to keep the outer boxes in their best condition, we kindly recommend placing the frozen and ready-to-eat products in separate orders.
How long does delivery take, and do you deliver to my area?
Frozen orders typically arrive in next 1-2 working days upon dispatch. As of now, frozen delivers are only available in West Malaysia.
We can't lock in an exact time slot — routing is up to the courier — but leave a note with any preference and we'll pass it on.
Ready-to-eat dishes is available nationwide delivery.
Do I need a freezer? How should I store the meals?
Only frozen meals (dishes with blue tag) need to be stored at -18°C (freezer compartment) until you're ready to heat them.

How do I heat up the food?
Quick and fuss-free — every pack has simple instructions on the label.
Our pouches are food-grade with SGS certification, so many meals can be steamed or boiled right in the bag.
When boiling: make sure the water covers the pouch, use a pot large enough that it doesn't touch the sides, and leave the lid off so steam can escape
How long do the meals keep, and do they contain preservatives?
No preservatives ever.
We keep meals shelf-stable using high-temperature sterilisation, the same method behind quality ready-to-eat meals.
Both ready-to-eat & frozen meals can be kept up to 12 months (check the best-before date on each pack)
