Ingredient List

Strong wheat flour, minced pork, shallot oil, garlic, star anise, cinnamon, soy sauce, cooking oil, dark soy sauce, sugar and permitted preservatives.

Cooking Method

❶ Place noodle into briskly boiling water(400ml)
❷ Cook and simmer for 2-3 minutes
❸ Strain noodles
❹ Mix seasoning sachets in a bowl.

Optional:
❶ Pour out the minced pork, reheat in microwave for 1 minute.
❷ Reheat the minced pork for 1-2 mins in boiling water.

Storage Guide

The food is packed with SGS verified food grade aluminium pack. It is able to store up to 18 months in the room temperature. Please do refer to product packaging on actual expiry date.
