What's the difference between Frozen Meals & Ready-to-Eat?

Both are fully cooked, real homestyle dishes with no added preservatives.

Frozen meals stay in the freezer until you reheat.

Ready-to-eat are heat-sterilised and shelf-stable for up to 12 months at room temperature, no fridge needed.

Why is there a 3-pack minimum on frozen items?

Frozen orders need a minimum of 3 packs so the parcel keeps enough cold mass to stay frozen in transit — any fewer thaws too fast.

You can mix and match any frozen meals to reach 3.

Everything frozen ships cold-chain (foam box + ice packs); our room-temperature meals have a minimum of 5 packets or RM50 and ship at a lower rate.

Can I purchase both frozen and ready-to-eat in the same order?

Yes, you can. Both product types will be packed together and delivered via cold-chain delivery.

Our ready-to-eat products are safe to be delivered chilled. Once received, you may store the RTE food at room temperature as usual.

Please note that condensation from cold-chain delivery may cause the outer boxes of the ready-to-eat products to become slightly soft. This does not affect the product inside.

If you prefer to keep the outer boxes in their best condition, we kindly recommend placing the frozen and ready-to-eat products in separate orders.

How is my order kept safe during delivery?

Frozen meals are delivered by cold-chain courier and usually arrive the next working day after dispatch.

Ready-to-eat meals are heat-sterilised and shelf-stable, so they do not require refrigeration during delivery.

If your frozen parcel is lost during delivery, we will provide a 1-to-1 replacement.

If the packaging arrives damaged or you are concerned about the condition of your food, please do not consume it, send us your order number and photos via WhatsApp so our team can assist.

Is it suitable for children, pregnant women, or elderly family members?

Yes, of course. Every dish uses real ingredients with no added preservatives.

Most people actually tried it for convenience but came back for its taste.

For special dietary concerns, you may check our ingredient list on each product page or consult your doctor on specific dietary needs.

Do I need a freezer? How should I store the meals?

Only frozen meals (dishes with blue tag) need to be stored at -18°C (freezer compartment) until you're ready to heat them.

Ready-to-eat meals store happily in your pantry — no fridge needed

How do I heat up the food?

Frozen dishes go straight from freezer to pot: reheat in boiling water for about 15 minutes, no defrosting needed.

You do the same for ready-to-eat for 3 mins.

All the food pouches are food-grade and SGS-certified so you can reheat worry free.

How long will it take to deliver my order?

Orders are processed within 3 working days, then handed off for delivery.

Frozen orders travel by cold-chain courier and usually arrive the next working day.

Ready-to-eat orders follow standard courier timelines, outskirts may take a little longer.

Each pack serves 2-3 people, designed for busy families, working parents, and anyone who wants grandma's kind of cooking without spending 3 hours in the kitchen. Just heat in hot water or steam for 15 minutes.

Our menu includes Teochew braised pork, dry bak kut teh, sarawak white pepper pig stomach soup, herbal chicken, lo mai kai, siew mai, and classic dim sum.
