I recently bought these as group ration to a multiple-days hiking trip, and it is convenient to bring and easy to prepare. We enjoy it very much and this is the reward that I tell my mates, after we done the submit, tonight dinner is Shark Fin Soup, and they all are happy and excited about it. Taste is good. Just we forgot to bring our own vinegar to make it even perfect.

As shark fin and meat have been found to contain mercury especially methylmercury, I normally avoid consuming shark fin soup in restaurants. Imagine how delighted I was to come across this shark fin soup --it is a safe alternative as it is lab-tested and verified to be safe from heavy metals and additives.

The gravy is very thick, I think might be too much of cornstarch. Need to add some hot water. Anyway overall is fine for me.
1. 酸菜汤我买3包，都是苦的，不敢再订了
2. 其余的汤可能不放鸡脚会更好，或许我不吃鸡脚觉得很浪费丢掉
3. 蟹肉干贝碗仔汤很好还会再订
